Business Experience:
Prior to Great Leader Consulting, Polly had an extensive career at Cisco where she worked across most business functions, holding senior level leadership roles.  She also worked for  ProMedica Healthcare Corporation,  working directly with executives, physicians, and  all clinical functions. Her early career was in Juvenile Justice where she ignited her passion and commitment to helping people and organizations be as great as possible.

Naomi has spent her professional career in leadership, organization development, and communications positions in several high tech firms. 

Business Experience:
Prior to launching Great Leader Consulting, Naomi worked inside some of the fastest growing high tech firms in the world, including Intel Corporation, Cisco and Salesforce. She also has extensive international experience, holding global roles and responsibilities.  She also has a passion for philanthropy, consulting with several non-profit organizations.
